REFUND POLICY

1. Digital Goods: All products sold on NEONIGHTMODS are digital software licenses. Once a key has been delivered and viewed/redeemed, it is technically impossible to return it. Therefore, all sales are final.

2. Exceptions: Refunds are only issued if the key is proven to be invalid or "used" at the exact moment of purchase. You must contact support within 24 hours of purchase with valid proof.

PRIVACY POLICY

1. Data Collection: We operate with a strict data minimization policy. We only collect your Email Address for the sole purpose of delivering your product key.

2. Payment Data: We do not store, process, or even see your credit card or banking details. All transactions are handled securely via third-party gateways (UPI/Crypto).

TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Usage: By purchasing, you agree that you are buying a virtual license for software intended for educational or single-player use. We are not responsible for how you use the software.

2. Bans: We only stock undetected menus, but modding always carries a risk. NEONIGHTMODS is not responsible for any account suspensions or bans resulting from the use of third-party software.
